Drop-Deck Low-Loader Trailers – Heavy Machinery Transport
Drop-deck low-loader trailers (semi-trailers) are the ideal solution for transporting tall construction machinery, agricultural equipment, structural elements, and other loads whose height exceeds standard dimensions. The deck recess across the entire width of the trailer lowers the load’s center of gravity, increasing stability and safety during transport. We offer drop-deck trailers in versions from 1 to 4 axles, with the option of single or double-beam telescopic extension. The technical payload capacity is always tailored to the individual needs of the customer, depending on the number and capacity of the axles (e.g., SAF, BPW). Available equipment options include: hydraulic or manual loading ramps (steel or aluminum), deck extensions, aluminum sideboards, and deck inserts/extenders that allow for a flat loading surface. We make trailers from high-grade structural steel, Domex, Strenx.
Flatbed Low-Loader Trailers
Flatbed low-loader trailers (platform type) are a versatile solution for transporting a variety of oversized loads, including construction machinery, equipment, containers, and also items with non-standard shapes. The straight loading deck, with optional single or double-beam extension, provides maximum flexibility in configuration and loading. We offer flatbed trailers in versions from 1 to 8 axles, with a technical payload capacity tailored to your needs. Numerous equipment options are available, including: loading ramps (hydraulic or manual, steel or aluminum), and deck extensions, aluminum sideboards. We use components from reputable brands: SAF, BPW, Jost, Goodyear, Aspock, WABCO/HALDEX.
Low-Loader Trailers with Wheel Wells
Low-loader trailers with wheel wells are designed to transport loads whose wheels or other elements protrude below the standard deck height. The wheel wells allow for a reduction in the overall height of the combination, which is crucial when transporting tall machinery, and also enables the safe transport of loads with unusual shapes. We design and manufacture trailers with wheel wells to individual order, customizing their number, size, and placement to the specific needs of the customer. We also offer extension options (single or double-beam) and various additional equipment, such as ramps or extensions.
TIEF-BETT Detachable Gooseneck Trailers
Low-loader trailers with detachable goosenecks (TIEF-BETT type) are the most advanced solution for transporting heavy, self-propelled machinery and other loads requiring low loading. The detachable gooseneck allows the machine to drive directly onto the loading deck, eliminating the need for long and heavy ramps. We offer TIEF-BETT trailers in versions from 2 to 4 axles, with optional single or double-beam extension. For maximum maneuverability, we can equip the trailer with hydraulically steered axles, controlled by the TRIDEC system. Options such as aluminum loading ramps and deck extensions are also available.
Equipment Trailers – Safe Vehicle Transport
ATC Sp. z o.o. equipment trailers are specialized vehicles designed for the transport of various types of vehicles – passenger cars, vans, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, and others. The specially designed construction, with a low-lying loading deck and ramp system, ensures safe and easy loading and unloading. We offer equipment trailers in versions from 1 to 4 axles, with the option of extension (single or double-beam). Available equipment options include: a retractable and hydraulically lowered rear loading ramp, hydraulically raised and extended ramps on the gooseneck, and manually operated aluminum loading ramps. Each trailer is customized to the specific requirements of the customer.
Flatbed and Dropside Trailers
Flatbed and dropside trailers are classic and versatile solutions for transporting a wide range of loads. We offer extendable flatbeds designed for transporting long and heavy items such as steel structures, prefabricated elements, or timber. The straight loading deck along the entire length of the trailer ensures load stability and eliminates the risk of damage. Single or double-beam extension versions are available, as well as equipment options such as: aluminum loading ramps, deck extensions, and aluminum sideboards. We manufacture flatbed and dropside trailers in versions from 2 to 4 axles, customizing their parameters (length, width, payload capacity) to the individual needs of the customer. We use axles from: SAF, BPW.
